Honestly, it only occurred to me a few hours before I posted it.

It's too early to say. I might, but on the other hand by the time the last night of Cabaret rolls around I might be feeling the need for a symbolic shaking-the-dust-off-my-shoes gesture, and shaving off my character's beard would be the obvious one.
