Hard-boiled. I was given a half-dozen by a friend who keeps hens, and I wasn't sure how quickly I'd use them, so I decided to hard-boil them all on the assumption they'll keep longer that way.
(This of course means that I don't have the option of suddenly deciding to do an omelette or something instead, but that's hardly a compelling objection, since an omelette would also require that I own a frying pan.)
