Date: 2022-12-26 12:42 pm (UTC)The other thing that's amusing about that is that in the close-ups, especially the one right near the end, it looks very much like the painting is on canvas, whereas in real life it was painted directly onto a wooden backboard. Which offers two possibilities: either this is one of those cases where a fictional universe just happens to be slightly different from reality -- or the person who the billionaire paid much money to let him have the painting still didn't trust him with the real thing.
