It can be tricky with Upfield, a lot of titles were republished under different names! (For no very good reason that I can see..)

Murder on the Rabbitproof Fence - well, it's about some murders by someone who, at a bush camp, listened to a discussion about body disposal that Mr Upfield contributed to, and who subsequently went out and tried it. Upfield was a witness at the trial, after this chap was caught up with.

Famous W.A case, I think the fellow's house in West Perth is still there, and I think it was tried in Geraldton, the case, not the house.
