I didn't realise they'd novelised "Chicago".

They haven't, as far as I know. I'm counting the script of the musical as a book, since it's book-shaped and I read it.

(And in fact, if memory serves, "the book" is the actual technical term for the part of a musical that isn't the music or the lyrics.)
