On the other hand, potential riches, home ground, and topics of conversation other than what happened at school fifteen years ago and who got it in the neck where.
(In which Jonathan goes on an adventure without Evy and Rick. The things mentioned in the content warnings are there, but it's not, like, a dark and angsty fic; just, he's the viewpoint character, so the things that make him him are more visible than when you're looking at him from the outside.)
